ALTHOUGH CLASS STYLES WILL BE OF DIFFERENT PACE, YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF THEM WITH ANY EXPERIENCE LEVEL! THERE WILL ALWAYS BE MODIFICATIONS YOU CAN MAKE AND NO MATTER WHAT, YOU CAN GO AT YOUR OWN PACE. YOGA IS ABOUT YOUR SELF-PROGRESS, SURROUNDED BY PEOPLE WHO ARE TRYING TO DO THE SAME FOR THEMSELVES.
SLOW BURN.
In this Hatha Style class, you can expect a focus on cleansing and connecting the mind and body. With deep breath work and postures, we will create a meditative state of oneness with the self.
INTRICACY.
In this Vinyasa Style class, you can expect a focus on holding postures and deep breathing. As we strive for a meditative state, we will work in perfecting your posture. This dynamic movement flow will work towards increasing balance, coordination, flexibility, energy and mind. This class focuses on the synchronization of breath and movement.
ALL OUT.
In this class you can expect an hour of constant movement and energy. This class will be focused on more modernization and fast paced intensity of movement.
You can expect more upbeat music and muscle focus.
MIND AND BODY RESTORED.
A focus on relief of physical and mental stress. This class will work heavily with props and deep stretches with a mix of mindful meditation and breath work.
